I am trying to get some fabric together for a quilt block exchange, and also trying to find a particular pattern for a shirt. The pattern is not where I thought it was, so I have been trying to find it in bins of fabric. I have found lots of fun stuff that just leads me to more projects, some I need to finish and some that I have to start. But, still not the pattern that I am seeking. So I decided I need to get more organized with the tubs of fabric and get them more managable. Big statement. I am going to try to finish the project already in progress or "kits" and not buy anymore new stuff. Use what I have. I did find a grandchild (Casey) birthday present yesterday that I knew I had bought, but couldn't find when the birthday came around. That's what I get when I buy things early and then I forget where I put them when the time comes to use it. I will wait until next year. Sometime I worry about my mind.
The first heifer calf was born this morning. So here we go. Quite windy this morning but the sun is shining.
